A graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Shawn has more than 13 years of experience as a development professional including eight years as associate vice president of corporate and foundation relations at Thunderbird School of Global Management. There he was responsible for corporate fundraising and new business development.

A graduate of the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Mass Communications, Franz has worked in various industries developing projects and work groups to execute programs dealing with community-based efforts and communications initiatives.
